The prices listed include the complete invitation or
announcement, custom layout, e-mail proof , printing, and a matching envelope.
Announcements come unassembled with instructions. Assembly is available
on most products for 25¢ per piece.

How do you ship my order and what
does it cost?
Smallfri Announcements offers three options
for delivery within the United States: Ground, 3-Day Select, 2-Day and
Next Day Air. We also welcome international orders. International customers
will be given the choice of USPS Priority Mail International, USPS Express
International, UPS Worldwide Expedited, and UPS Worldwide Express at checkout.
Our shipping rates are competitive and reflect our shipping cost.
Shipping Rates for addresses in the United States, including HI, AK,
and APO/FPO:
Standard Ground: $7.00 (2-5 Business Days)*
3 Day Air: $12.00 (3 Business Days)
2 Day Air: $18.00 (2 Business Days)
Standard Overnight: $30.00 (1 Business Day)
Our packages are shipped using FedEx, USPS and UPS. Pre Orders are
shipped via USPS Priority Mail only.
Some Standard Ground orders are shipped via USPS Priority
Mail. The US Postal Service only offers confrimation of delivery. If
you would like to be able to track your order from Our Door to Your
Door, please choose one of the 3 Air options.
Shipping times will vary depending on the method you choose and your
location. We cannot be held responsible for delays due to shipping.
What are your announcements made
of?
All of our announcements are printed on bright white
80# card stock.
Our vellum announcements include a sheet of translucent vellum attached
with a bow.
We offer assembly service for $.25 per card, if you order your cards unassembled,
we do include detailed instructions and an assembled sample. Assembly
adds 1 business day to the production time.
How do I order and is it secure?
Most of our customers order directly online by filling
out our order page. For your protection, each transaction is transmitted
securely using the latest SSL (secure socket layer) encryption technology.
Our shopping cart is a secure site (you will see a lock on the bottom
right corner of your browser once you proceed to the billing and shipping
section of our order form). We understand that you may not feel comfortable
ordering online even though our site is secure. Simply contact us and
we will make other arrangements.
What about my privacy?
A great concern of Internet users today is their privacy.
We will treat your order with the utmost care and will do everything possible
to ensure your privacy. Please remember that the Internet is a public
network, and therefore will never be completely private. We also will
not engage in the sale of any personal information including your e-mail
address.
Does Small Fri have a guarantee?
100% Satisfaction Guaranteed. If Smallfri Announcements
prints an error after receiving the order, we will RUSH reprints and ship
at no charge. Reprints are shipped within 1 business day, via FedEX 2nd
day delivery.
Once you have Approved your Proof, we are not responsible for misprints,
so PLEASE PROOF CAREFULLY. If an error is made by the customer we will
print at a 30% discount off the regular price.
Personalized items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded,
unless there is a text error on our part; if you are unsure of the quality,
colors, or type, please request a sample.
What is your policy for Cancellations
and Returns?
Your order may be cancelled within 24 hours
if not already printed. A restocking fee of 15% (with a $10 maximum) will
apply to any cancelled order .Returns are not accepted as all invitations
and announcements are custom printed. We offer and encourage proofs to
verify orders accuracy.
Can I Receive a proof of my order?
Yes. Your First proof is FREE.
Within 1 - 2 business days of the receipt of your order,
you will receive a email notice that your proof is ready for viewing.
You will need to login with your order number and last name. The proofing
system is located at www.smallfri.com/proofs.
The fee for a Second proof is $5.00, unless
it is to correct an error made by Smallfri Announcements.. If the you
request a layout change or add additional information
that was not on the original order, the second proof
fee will apply and be billed to your credit card.
Please remember that your order cannot be printed or shipped until your
approval is received.
Orders placed after 6 pm will be received the following business
day, and the proof sent Within 1 business day.
Most orders will be shipped within 3 business days of
Proof Approval. (Some items require more
time, so see product description for more information)
Can I Pre-Order?
Small Fri Announcements offers expectant parents the
ability to order their birth announcements early and receive the envelopes
in advance to get a head start on addressing them.
There is an extra charge for this service, so see the item descripton
for prices.
When ordering in advance, the announcement and wording can be chosen,
but the baby's name and statistics can be called or e-mailed in
to us shortly after birth.
Will Smallfri apply my return
address?
Yes. We print return addresses on ALL Announcements
and Invitations for a small charge of 30¢ each.
Can I use my own sentiment?
You may choose any wording on any card to reflect your
own special occasion. If you need help with the wording, we have many
examples. We will lay out your text to achieve the best results.
If you have any special suggestions that you would like us to follow,
just make note of these on the order form.
Any custom wording should be included in the "Card Should
Read" or "Custom Wording" text box on the order form. If
you do not wish to change the wording from the sample, please leave this
box blank.
How long will it take after I
place my order?
You will receive an e-mail confirmation immediately
after you place your order.
Within 1 - 2 business days of
the receipt of your order, you will receive a email notice that your proof

This file will not be print quality.
Orders placed after 5 pm eastern will be received by Smallfri
Announcements the following business day, and proof notification sent

Estimated Proccessing time is listed below the description
and is the amount of time needed to print your order. The first business
day is defined to start at 12:01 am EST of the working business day
after your order is placed. For an order approved prior to 5:00 pm EST
on Monday, Tuesday (if it is not a holiday) constitutes the first business
day for calculating the processing time for that order. During
the Holiday Season some orders will require up to an additional 2 business
days for processing.
